i own both in different leagues, but im not putting many eggs in their basket. They are one of the last 2 guys on my roster.

So obviously nobody here sees what I'm seeing... Reed was one of the most targeted TEs in the league as a rookie. Only Gronk, Jimmy, Cameron saw more per game.

I'm expecting Reed's role in that offense to continue growing when he returns, which would make him a 6-7 catch per game guy. Does anyone at least agree with that? (I'm aware he may get hurt again, not a big deal if so)
I'm just 98% sure that Decker won't even sniff the numbers he put up with Peyton the last few seasons.

This is what I've been trying to say

I just can't see Decker breaking out, but I can see Reed

Well no duh.

I have no dog in this fight, but I do know that Reed seems to have had injury concerns. But I will tell you this, Paul looked good the time he's been on the field. Does that translate to Reed? Idk.

Seems like you have your mind made up.

The consensus from the board is that Decker is better in every aspect and you still think Reed is the guy.

Fairly certain you are the hard headed co-owner.

Perhaps

I'm just shocked that nobody sees the upside in Reed for the 2nd half. He's a FA in most leagues and could easily be a top 5 TE for the ROS.

He has lots of upside, but IMO so does Decker. Decker is new to NY and obviously doesn't have Manning throwing, but I would think that their offense can only get better.

Reed has played well and shown flashes, but he has an injury history. He also has a QB, who threw like 15 INTs last week so it's not like Reed has the best QB situation either.

With Rex Ryan, I can't trust any Jets player, ever.

Definitely Decker.

Or Reed, if you enjoy the stress of game time decisions and high likelihood of injuries.
