Blue jacket with khaki pants with brown shoes.
If you're going black with khaki I'd go with black shoes, I guess.
I have a black/charcoal sports coat that I typically wear with dark jeans. I usually wear walnut shoes and belt with it. If I were wearing with khaki/tan pants I think I'd wear black shoes and belt, though.
Why don't you just try it on and see what it looks like.

It's not. Black is rarely okay unless you're in the Mafia or work at a funeral home or at a restaurant where you're required to wear a tuxedo.

No, and IMO it isn't. And black shoes look terrible with khaki. Got some awful dressers in this thread.

To be honest I avoid black shoes where possible. Moving on to nicer shoes, I just feel cheated to spend 300-400 bucks on a pair of black leather shoes. Plus, as someone who doesn't even wear black to a funeral, I just have little need for them. A merlot color shoe works with pretty much everything I'd wear in such a setting.

Yea, I don't have much use for black shoes or belts at the moment. Which is funny since I just got a new pair of black dress shoes. I have a herringbone jacket that I really like, and it only works with black shoes IMO.
