one of the best of these types of threads was the guy that said his neighbor was spying on him, and kept moving a camera around, only to find out it wasn't a camera, it was a device to stop dogs from barking.

my neighbors dogs bark a lot, so much so that my daughters first words were "dog" and "woof"
but luckily we cannot hear them from our bedroom and they only live down here for about 5 months out of the year

lol...not sure how you thought you were in anyway in the right with this. it's your dogs, control them. if you can't be a responsible dog owner and a respectful neighbor either the dogs go or you both go. How the hell does that note make the neighbor a bitch? no cops were called yet, but they let you know that is the next step if you don't do something...if you take care of the dogs no further action taken. and this is coming from someone with two larg(ish) dogs. moving into a new place soon, hope my neighbors are more considerate than this thread has you coming off as
