Bush league for sure and worthy of some sort of punishment.
But it didn't affect the outcome of the game.

yep, i wish our line had a mean streak. If they did maybe they wouldn't be getting stomped on. they might be doing the destroying.

Give him a chance to discipline him. It's barely been 24 hours. Im sure he'll get suspended.

Doing it once, you can argue that it may have been unintentional. Doing it twice, there is no defending it.

I've watched football a long time, & have seen ton of lineman trail plays like that, and never land perfectly in the groin/stomach like he did, twice. In fact i cant remember that ever happening in a game. He didn't even try and cushion the blow. In fact it looks like he added and extra umph.

It's kinds sad our players just sat there and watched that.

He had a great game, as did their whole OL. He could have left his mark without that. He could have even talked shite after the game and got away with it. Rubbed it in real good

Les recruits character. That kid has none, and Les was right to ignore him. Mettenberger worked oit pretty good for us as a QB, and so will Jennings.

You can tell her went forward with the step, even if it had been an accident he would not have had the same type of accurate stomping. He puts extra emphasis going down there.. and the fact that it happened more than once with 2 different players is also alerting.

The kid was very hurt that LSU dissed him

so why'd he do it against Auburn last yr and get suspended for a half? Mullen needs to sit the kid, or the SEC needs to step in.

Videos are useful to future opponents of this players dirty play. Will be interesting to see if he makes the season without being injured in some fashion

Good character without toughness fails in a very rugged game called football...

It absolutely did affect the outcome of the game! He put one of our starters out of the game for good. He should have been EJECTED the first time he did it.

Had he been properly penalized/ejected LSU wins the game. (His backup was in on 1 play and fumbled badly, leading to an LSU touchdown) LSU lost by 1 score, and without a reliable center, MSU's offense would have crumbled.

I remember during his recruitment (may have been in the same class as jordan Allen) some WM folks on the RB said he was a douche and had a bad attitude

LSU lost because the game plan was awful...and State came to play harder than Les's team...

he was suspended for something like this last year.

I think a lot of this is attributed to being a high emotion game for him. LSU snubbed him (Shows deserves some blame for this as well). But he's a nasty player. Wish we had him. THe stomp on Godchaux looked intentional. The one on RR looked like it was somewhat unintentional to me. He seems like he's going to hop over, but his foot gets snagged and he stumbles right on RR. The late hit on Martin was inexcusable. He may very well see a one game suspension for all these actions.

That said, I would have rather have him last night than what we got from Porter. EP has got to improve.
