A girl in my office lives in NOLA and commutes in to Baton Rouge. She brings cases of bottled water because BR water is "gross"...she not like the good water in NOLA.

I'm serious.

New Orleans has (had) some of the worst water I had ever tasted.

I lived in N.O. for nine years and it took only one taste for me to get bottled water for the rest of my time there.

Nola water doesn't taste good but I like it for showers. Soft water sucks for cleaning.

Colorado Springs water is the best I ever had but water from the Florida Parishes is pretty close. Worst is South Florida or New Orleans.

Best, NC mountains, Waynesville. The water is so pure they have add pollutants to the water just so the chlorine molecules will have something in which to attach.

Worst, Waveland MS. I have drank piss before and it tasted better.

Why just not add anything?

Most of Avoyelles Parish has pretty good water. Tastes good and its not too hard and not too soft. Perfect balance.

best i've had is straight from flowing waters (from streams and cricks to roaring rivers) in montana and idaho backcountry, high up and fast so i don't even filter (I do filter if i have to drink from lower elevation sources or stagnant water). just stay upstream from any nearby horse fords.

worst was the egg water from camps on false river or ms gulf coast. or maybe super chlorinated crap from city of atlanta, or new orleans a while back.

Norway has the best water in the world, hands down. Oslo has fountains on a continuous flow sparsed throughout the city, and the same water flows into buildings and homes from the fjords. They could promote water tourism that shite is so good

As far as water from the tap, the City of Euless Texas and the Sardis Water Supply Corporation are the worst.
