Do guns affect your judgement? When would someone normally beat their wife, under the influence of alcohol or concealing a gun on them? They are not the same thing.

it's just a big PR stunt. Those sponsors won't bail

This

And if they do bail its just to show support for the cause and they'll come back when things cool down.

It's fricking accurate, too. How many cases of domestic violence involve drunk rage? Futhermore, domestic violence is most prominent among trashy people. Trashy people drink shitty beer.

George Zimmerman says, "Absolutely."

It will be interesting to see how Goodell and the NFL respond.

By continuing to (correctly) assume that fans are just a bunch of brain dead idiots who will still flock to stadiums and TV sets every Thursday, Sunday and Monday and beg the NFL to take more of their cash.

And this will continue with Goodell leading the league until this assumption is proven wrong.

He also said contribute, not cause. What he said makes sense.

Alcohol is certainly a contributing factor in many cases of domestic abuse.

Not as good as it was but the news breaks late in the day. If more sponsors talk tough or some bail this afternoon it could still happen.

On a serious note, I think Roger will probably survive unless the sponsors put the pressure on the NFL like they did the Vikings.

Now, Anheuser-Busch and Pepsi

Just another reason NOT to drink Pepsi and AB had better watch out. There are tons of NFL fans that drink their foreign owned beers. Did I mention that Pepsi SUCKS?

He justifiably shot someone. What's your point?

No, he really didn't.

My point was that George's sissy arse wouldn't have dared confront Trayvon without that gun. Instead, his gun made him feel like a real badass and try to take things into his own hands, subsequently getting his nancy arse rightly kicked before shooting Martin.

I wouldn't know as i'm not a wife beater, either while under the influence nor while concealing a gun. But i will say it again. Blaming a beer company for wife beating is the same as blaming a gun company for shooting someone, or a car company for a DWI.

When you do beat yours?
