Are any of the freakin workers letting anyone in line know they have the option to take the ramp? Also I gave my seats away this week but last week they had the snaked line and 70 min prior to kickoff it was fine. Maybe it's because more non season holders went this past week and only knew to go to gate 9

No, it's because this week everyone was forced into the snaked line stretching to the north end. Last week, and every other week since forever, there was a second line stretching to the south end of the stadium.

They acquired pedestrian flow patterns from a very well known amusement park and some genius decided to "try out" a new idea this week.

He directed the workers to open only ONE line and to use only TWO scanners.

He should be fired for being an incompetent a$$wipe!

It's been a goat fk forever on the east side and was slow even when things were running "smoothly".......total embarrassment!

That's good for you, but there are usually two lines.

I would like to know if that is permanent. Once I realized what was going on I went to the other gates and walked the ramp, but it messed up my routine and I barely made it to my seat before kickoff.

We did the same. I really hope this isn't a permanent change though.

Verge Ausberry - (225) 578-6603 - vausbe1@lsu.edu

Emmett David (Assoc. AD/Ficilty & Project Development) - edavid@lsu.edu - (225) 578-5986

If you don't contact them, you can guarantee NOTHING will be done. They've completely ignored the East Upper Deck since it opened.

I was just saying when I showed it there was only 1 snake line but you walked right up to the gate so you couldn't tell what was going to happen once that filled up. First year with season tickets in EU.

LSU Event Management just tweeted about it. At least I know about the SEZ ramps now...

In my opinion, LSU will not address East Upper access. They know it is a problem and have done nothing about it. I have 6 tiks to Tiger stadium and 2 are in the EU. I'd much rather walk the ramps than stad in that line and miss half the game.

No, it's not fair the West Upper has easy, quick access to their seats and the East Upper supporters do not. I hope LSU will fix it, but they will not.

FYI, this is a pic that someone just tweeted to LSU Event Management. Supposedly this is well after kick off at Gate 9 to enter the East Upper. That's N. Stadium and it backed up all the way around the circle by the Indian Mounds.

It's different now. You can only get to the ramps through the new SEZ gates 22-28. Anyone with a ticket to the EU has gate 9 printed on them. LSU has done a pitiful job getting this info out. Hopefully it gets better because it's been cluster over there the past 2 weeks and we'll see much bigger crowds starting this weekend.

That doesnt seem all that different really.

I can see where that would be slightly confusing.

I've been having season tickets up there for 8 years now and never saw anything like that. It was always routine to watch the band on the hill then walk into the stadium. Never a line or anything.

My brother and I ended up kinda drifted in towards the front. No way in hell were we going find the end of that line.

Why cant people take the ramp? It takes 10-15 minutes of easy walking

You used to just walk up the ramp entrance and show your ticket right there. Now it's only accessible through the SEZ gates.

I'm hoping it's just due to the first 2 games having a lot of people that aren't used to going to games due to the opponents.

Well, I haven't seen it anywhere until this week. I know they sent out an email to season ticket holders last week after some of the SEZ ticket takers were turning people away because their EU ticket had Gate 9 printed on it.

This is why...

Nobody knows about it and the workers say nothing. They need to have highly visible signs to point it out. Tweeting about it and sending emails to a small group of people does nothing.

I had no idea how to get to the ramps for the first game.
