This is just fricking stupid. There's no need for a damn cop to even be in the middle of this situation. This is a student being an insolent little shite. Fine, bust their arse and then send them back into the classroom. At least this way she might learn something even if it's jut that she needs to sit there with her mouth shut, listen to the teacher, and follow the school's rules. Like I said earlier, having your arse cheeks stinging like a mothrerfricker will get your attention and make you reconsider your attitude with quickness.

There is no problem having the phone at school. The student has it in case the parent needs to contact them in case of an emergency. If the mom was this sick, she could have contacted the girl or the school if need be. Also, there is no mention of the history the administration has with the student. Perhaps she has been violent in the past and the takedown was warranted.

I'm going to say you would be correct in a non-pc non litigious society. I thought it was working pretty good until the liberals took over. Now the cops are a part of the system. You did see this I hope.
