Since his farmbox was full of it at this time of year, I'd imagine that it's yellow squash, though it's getting pretty late in the season.

Blueberry zucchini quick bread with a lemon icing. It's damn good although it won't use up much of your squash. What about squash Parmesan? Sub it for the eggplant. When all else fails wrap that shite in bacon

You could make a blended soup with some strong spices to mask the taste

Yeah, I suggested pureed soups, as well. I think that's his best bet given his dislike for flavor and texture.

I liked to slice them up pretty thin throw them in w a bunch of other vegetables, jalapeños, butter and sprinkle tony. Wrap w aluminum foil thrown on grill awesome. We usually use potatoes, cauliflower, green beans, broccoli, and the squash. Good stuff

Thin slice into rounds. Coat in fish fry. Fry.
