yes...it's my wife's sisters husband...a great guy...so many people at university hospital reaching out it is overwhelming...

I'll just say that things are not good right now...
but hoping he will improve...there is talk of if he stabilizes moving him to a place in Atlanta that has a good success rate for this type of brain injury...a midline shift is a tough one to overcome, but not impossible, and if God willing, he will pull through...

I just found out who you are talking about and I know them both. Went to high school with both of them and basically grew up with the one that died. He was like a brother to me as kids. Wtf. I haven't talked to either in years but this makes me really sad for their families. The one that died's older brother died in a weird way a few years back too. Man, kills me for their parents. Good people.
