I honestly enjoyed their pad thai. I ate it drunk but I enjoyed it. Well spiced.

im telling you its good stuff

if you look on yelp or urbanspoon almost every one in my area is an 85 or 90 and above on urbanspoon and 3.5/4 out of 5 on yelp

you can do much worse. we love supporting local places and have tried 4-5 local places and honestly only 1 of the 5 my wife and i consider better than pei wei

like i said, haters hate chains
if you did a blind taste test of pad thai or kung pao shrimp vs a local place i would love to see the results

i found it overwhelmingly salty and otherwise bland. tried several dishes, can't remember which ones besides dan dan noodles (nothing like the PF Chang's version, sadly). it was no better than Panda Express...but it is well-organized, quick, and clean.

I miss the Takee Outee joints on burbon. Good eggrolls and beer through the window. Good times.

Kung Pao shrimp was ok at pei Wei. Nothing special but good.

The crab wontons are pretty good.ll especially the sauce that they are serviced with. My wife gets teriyaki beef and swears it's the best she's had, and she's a connoisseur of teriyaki sauce(all she eats when I want sushi) The Thai dynamite shrimp aren't bad.
