I don't think it will. I'm sure I can get it thrown out or dismissed because of the pettiness of it. Guy was a complete tard. Like I said I was trying to file a complaint which I am well within my rights to do, and this cop showed up with something else in mind.

IF you had any chance for an easy dismissal that's gone now. And you left a lot of stuff out of your post involving you acting like a prick.

You should have gone inside and opened the curtains.Pulled a chair by the window and sat there cleaning your guns while drinking beer and flipping him birds and quoting from your manifesto.

How the frick could he quote his manifesto through the window? Are we to assume that these officers are lip-readers? That seems a bit far-fetched.

Such a badass. By being such a badass he now has a criminal record, and will probably only be able to get a job at that same convenience store he bought that coke.

Tell me, which is trying to be a badass - the guy looking at a public employee, or the public employee that arrests someone for complaining about being followed?

How many times had you arrested before this?

Doesn't matter. Swallow your pride and walk inside and you don't end up in jail. Period.

I didn't think about that.

Maybe he could play a tape of his manifesto,I'm assuming he has some outdoor speakers, while Crazy Train plays in the background.

speak to a lawyer. You said your in a small town so not sure if lawyer maybe on the in with the local police. Doesn't sound like much as far as charges but it will be on your record and you will have to put this on every job application you apply for. My one regret is I got a misdemeanor like 10 years ago and I have to put that on all job applications. Had I got a lawyer I could have got out of the charge.Lucky for me I've only had like 2 jobs in that time span

What does it matter if he'd been arrested before. We need pics of the op's car and clothing to determine if he's really clean cut.

This is absurd. The idea that looking at a police officer is grounds for suspicion. Do you even get hard anymore, wrinkled balls?

Yeah ive run into smalltown cops with the penis envy and they seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I respect the police but seems like sometimes it doesn't go the other way.

And now you are a criminal

Good luck getting a job with that on your record.
