They especially get moved around when they are tough enough and have the ability...so the coaches try to get them on the field so they can develop...

I know, right. Like he's the oline GA or something. Sounds like the guys downing Willie roaf when he came in to la tech at like 220 and he only left as the state's best oline ever. Never down play development, no one knows when the light will come on or for whom. Plus offensive linemen are the hardest to predict...now I'm ranting
