I think the key question here is "What kind of victory?"

Did Hitler force Russia to surrender in the East and sue for peace with Britain and America?

Did Hitler sue for peace with Russia while taking a huge slice of it and outright conquering Britain?

Did Hitler just conquer the entire "Allied" world?

The world is very different depending on the kind of victory Germany achieves in this war.
