Well give it a try, you may enjoy it. Some people have, I just personally felt it was boring and overhyped.

This. Don't let negative critics color your view. End of Days wasn't Oscar-worthy, but it's worth a watch if that genre is your kind of thing. You might be just who it was made for.

Wasn't a fan of The Final Conflict.

Thanks all!

I now have a solid list to go by. I appreciate it.

Frailty is next, The Order with Heath Ledger is now.

Thank y'all!

Watch 'The Exorcism of Emily Rose'. Maybe its just that I'm way too infatuated with Laura Linney but this movie was pretty on point. (Deb from Dexter is the possessed girl and apparently does all of her own 'acts' without any cgi).

Surely you've seen the Exorcist, right?

Movie still scares the hell out of me.

No Stigmata? I remember enjoying it. Though they did use footage from Money Train (like the actual money train with the pole sticking out of the window to trip the brakes) during the subway scene...that always bothered me

Check out "The Prophecy" with Christopher Walken, Eric Stoltz, Elias Koteas, Viggo Mortensen, Amanda Plummer, and Virginia Madsen.

I watched fallen based off some from this thread. Thought it was kind of lame and drawn out.

I agree on Emily Rose, I listed that girl in the best scream thread, concur with the Linney fetish, & Tom Wilkinson is also one of my favorite character actors.

Speaking of Linney (though I didn't dig her or Gere being cast in this), The Mothman Prophecies is must-see, or at least a must-know story. It would've been great if they'd cast some less known actors to complete the indie feel. They also took liberties with the story, but it's creepy and thought provoking.

IIIRC, there was a line in The Prophecy to the tune of: "would you ever want to see what an Angel really looks like?" That's one of the angles of Mothman, to me anyway.
