I'm also beginning to wonder whether our Resident Democrat Attorneys would have any criticism to offer of Holder in that case.

Holder is bound to follow the Rules of Professional Conduct for those states and DC should he hold law licenses in those places.
If those rules prohibit prosecutors from making certain kinds of extrajudicial public statements about on-going investigations and other criminal justice processes, should a supervisor and manager of those prosecutors be held to that same standard?
AG Holder's appointment was a purely political appointment, but, that doesn't make him a "politician", IMHO.

No one cares about this non-issue. Karl Rove and Fox News praised Holder. Yet you keep on going. On and on and on.
Keep asking. I want to see how long you can hold on to absolutely nothing.

Just be honest and say, "the answer is Zero. I have no experience whatsoever in federal criminal court, nor have I any experience in prosecuting those kinds of cases."
You had an opportunity to mildly suggest that Holder could have chosen his words more carefully, or maybe saved his "I'm a black man" comment for a private moment with aggrieved parties. But even this small concession was beyond your completely hackish and ideological nature.
