Morning guys. Was just to beat to even make it to 6. Had to lay down the better part of the afternoon.

Posted 8 updates to the building instructions. And will do another today. Hoping to finish the wood work side of it today. I will have to give myself a break for a couple days after that.

Oh, notice I haven't even drank a beer building this one. WTF?

can you believe the,"acadians", up here snub their noses at crawfish? saying"i'm not going to eat those THINGS"..

i just tell them simply that boiled crawfish beats lobster almost every single day of the week.. for me anyway, i'm really not a huge lobster fan

Cut those tails in half. I salt and pepper them then baste them with a melted butter, cayenne pepper and garlic baste. I like to make it ahead of time to let that garlic flavor come out. Careful not to overcook, will get tough but will still taste good.

Yes, but it doesn't cook through the tail meat that well.

Smack- I do love grilling some fresh lobster, but only really do it with loser lobster (1 claw lobster) because of prices right now you are better off fixing it for guests at dinner and saving some $$$
