re: Shouldn't FBI be focused on ISIS not Michael Brown?

ISIS flags have been flown at the White House gate and in the Ferguson protests
So, you're saying the FBI has 40 agents in a town that recently saw a spike in ISIS flags? What's the complaint again?

At the very least it's a major distraction for the FBI at a time when we are at the highest risk of a terrorist attack in a long time.
As determined by who? The entire middle east has hated us for an extended period of time now, and we've already been on the lookout for middle eastern terrorist groups, what's changed?

Will be interesting to see the reaction of liberals who said Bush was asleep at the wheel at 9/11 if America gets struck from ISIS in a major domestic attack.
Nothing will be interesting about a domestic terrorist attack.
quote:
While there were warning signs missed in the leadup to 9/11, the threat buildup from ISIS is abundantly clear for anyone to see.
Except we have countermeasures all over the country now for terrorism actions.

Yeah and those worked so well in the Boston Marathon bombing.

Fun Fact: Living is dangerous, and there is no acceptable way to eliminate all threats in this world.
What's to stop all these terrorist groups from poisoning buffets all over the country? Or legally purchasing firearms and attacking malls and other targets? Sometimes, outside of insane measures, there is no way to stop these things.

Holder and Obama are going to look really misguided if ISIS strikes America in a domestic attack while they are wasting their attention and manpower on racebaiting in Missouri instead of focusing on potential sleeper cells that ISIS might have here.
You're trying too hard.
The public clearly wants answers, and not from a potentially biased local police department.
40 agents is a minor drop in the bucket.

More than? Maybe. Instead of? No.
Your attempt at disparaging Obama and Holder's priorities is rather obvious.

I find nothing wrong with a federal inquiry. I just don't think the community will be reassured, despite a black POTUS and black AG.
The early reporting and completely uncredible accomplice statement triggered a lot of this. This can't be unscrewed.
And it will happen again and again as long as we allow the powers that be to herd the various groups around like pieces on a chessboard.

This is a misuse of resources but let's not get carried away.
The Russians TOLD us about the Tsarniev brothers in Boston and the FBI still couldn't find them before they blew up the Boston Marathon finishing line.
Finding ISIS sleeper cells probably isn't happening with this crew in charge.

The guy below doesn't understand that the FBI actually looks into things outside of the USA. LOL.
They should be looking into these black thugs all across America knocking out white people instead of investigating a cop who protected himself from a thug POS.
If this fat thug had been running at Obama every Secret Seevice member would have shot the fat POS.

A domestic investigative agency should not be looking into a foreign terrorist organization.

This is the dumbest thread I've seen on the Poli board in quite some time.

Really?
The lack of terrorism in this country has been pretty remarkable. It doesn't cross my mind in daily life.
