If they indict a cop for doing his job the all cops across the country should quit immediately.

I would like to know what kind of performance this guy turned in at the firing range. If he was a good shot, missing his target several times may have something to do with not being able to see out of the eye that got busted.
I've seen folks still sticking with the "hands up" version. To me, the gunshot wounds make that incredibly implausible.
At best, Brown's hands would have had to have been like this:
For the shot pattern we see from the autopsy, either the cop had aim that was so bad he was just lucky that any shots hit, or he's an incredible marksman who purposely shot the extended right arm, completely contrary to all police firearm training.
The more plausible theory is that he was charging the officer. The arms would have been in closer to center-mass and the body being at an angle to the shooter would create a tighter grouping that is usually found with someone who routinely trains with their firearm.

Yes and regardless of evidence that's the bad part. Our society demands a "make-up call" for the Trayvon Martin case. Even though I thought the correct verdict was reached in that case.

The cop was probably having trouble seeing, I wouldn't be surprised if he had double vision after having his bell rung.
At least he had enough of an aim to hit his target, who was coming back to do him harm.
I hope the officer gets no-billed. Unfortunately, the town will probably burn if that happens.

Holder will be there to insure that the gj send this to trial. The Governor just called for a speedy prosecution.... not trial... PROSECUTION.
This man will be found guilty.

the order of contact of the 6 bullets will be the first 4 were the arm shots, the 5th was the one into the right eye while he was leaning very slightly forward and the 6th and final one was to the crown of the head while he was falling forward from shot #5. Shots #5 and #6 will be determined to have been fired only 1 second apart, maybe even half a second. The officer fired #6 before he saw/knew the effect of shot #5. #5 took him down and #6 was the fatal shot. Distance from which those final 2 shots were fired will be the determining factor.
Exactly my analysis to a tee.

You are right. VIGOROUS PROSECUTION.
This guy is going to be found guilty... regardless. Nobody will care. Not one riot for him. Not one march.

Madness, if so. Redneck America is already convinced that the Urban sub-culture is utterly devoid of any sense of justice, and as such, an existential threat to civil society. It's always the weak links that snap first. I can remember Charles Manson planning to start a race war. It would take about one bullet, from one redneck at the right place and time to set the whole thing off. Across the whole land.
If Obama and Holder don't drop the politics, get real and tamp this 'no justice, no peace' crap down...God only knows where this will go.

And you think he doesn't know this?

No indictment. Peeps get pissed and break and steal some shite for a day or so then move on and it's over.

I think both are so blinded by their 'social justice' ideology and power, dh...that I really don't think they play the WHOLE scenario out.
They do realize that the vast majority of White America can be controlled - even the Rednecks - though there is a line of provocation/authority (Bundy affair) that can't be crossed. But what they don't realize is that they CAN NOT control the Hood, after a certain point. They can only appease the Hood; and if that appeasement becomes so blatantly unjust as to hang an Officer doing his job against a common (unarmed ) rogue...then it will be serious pressure on the weak links.
Per your query...if you believe he wants what would essentially be a race war that would quickly go viral, with the blame falling in his lap...no way. Because they have to know that there would only be two choices. Lethal force employed against masses of enraged Hood folk in order to keep them from ravaging civil areas....OR...no force, and let it spread. The latter would result in an utter genocidal backlash.
This pisses me off. They are playing with fire. I pray to God that Holder steps up...and for once in his life...drops the skin color thing, lectures that bunch up in Ferguson on just what justice is and what is on the line.

I am now leaning towards no state court indictment and then federally indicted under the Civil Rights Act and convicted in Federal Court.
Edit: I also think that if he is not indicted in state court we will see some really heavy violence for a day or two. Moreover, I foresee this spilling over into other urban areas of cities at some point as well.
This thing has legs and something seems to be different with this in the aftermath of the Martin deal.

You hit the nail on the head Delta Doc. WTH else would Holder be there. It's already typed up and in his briefcase.
They dropped the ball on the Martin thing to further divide this nation along a very emotional divide. They won't make the same mistake twice.

Because the groups that feed this "protesting" realized that they didn't go far enough with Trayvon. The story left the public eye and didn't return again until the trial. The 24 hour news cycle feeds on violence and unrest, so what better way to keep this story in the forefront of public view?
