i went to the Sam's in Lafayette and they had it at 400. i brought up the slickdeals thing and they were like no we dont do that. rolled to bestbuy and said "hey, the Sam's down the road has it at 350, you gonna price match?" they said yeah. He pulls up the Sam's website and it shows 400 and asks me wtf. i show him the pic from slickdeals and he goes "i guess the site hasnt updated yet"

I played through the originals countless times and absolutely love the series. Already have both games pre-loaded on Steam. Can't wait to dive back into the Metro.

so they have high replay value? worth purchasing intead of gamefly?

It is a linear FPS so it may be different for you, but I replay it because it's so fun and the atmosphere is so amazing. It always feels fresh, it's not your standard military FPS, and yeah I can always go back and play through it again. I have 88 hours in Metro 2033 and 122 hours in Metro: Last Light.
Metro 2033 was one of the most underrated games ever. And now, as far as replay value, you've got two games and you can play both as a survival-horror type of game or an action-oriented game. So yeah, I'd definitely say it should be in your collection.

That sucks!
You can tell this game was made for nvidia, with xfire I am getting a lot of screen tearing, but it still looks beautiful.

do you get to go on the surface a lot? i could see the dark, dank tunnels getting a tad old
