Land price are high as all hell right now. Been wanting to buy for a while just don't have the cash as I'm guessing some folks do. Just can't make myself buy on the high.

There's about 600 acres on the south side of Kennedy Creek that's for sale in that area.not sure if that's the plot he's referring to or not.

I'm pretty sure there are already several interested parties though...

Just looked through all the pics again and that is awesome!!! I hope our 113 acres in Utica can one day be half that awesome. If slick isn't interested in that land let me know. My dad might would want to swoop it up if its a good deal and has hardwoods.

Through a realtor my family knows. I don't want to speak on too many details, since I only got second hand info, but it looks like an awesome piece of property. Pretty interesting terrain for LA, that's for sure.
