As bad as the 6.0 is, there's a very strong argument that the 6.4 is worse.

I am emailing them back and forth and they seem to think that the main electrical connections on each side for the fuel injectors could be loose after all of the work I have done on it. I am gonna go mess with them later and rub some dielectric grease in there.
Eta: It is still one of the hardest vehicles I have ever worked on. The left side was easy, but the right side took me almost an hour to finagle my hands in there to get the plug out. Packed it with dielectric and made sure the plugs were bottomed out. Now I've just got to go on a 100 mile drive to see if it'll do it again. At least I get 18mpg, so fuel costs aren't that bad.
Looking back, it did miss at idle every now and again. Probably the same problem.

The female holes on the plug are so small, there is no way for me to get a tester in there anyway. It is still a ginormous piece of shite.
I went to go buy a GMC 2500hd from this guy on the east side of Mobile Bay last Friday. Beautiful truck. 2005 w/88K miles, black extended cab that had been in an insulated garage and just driven around town. Drove all of the way over there with $14,000 in cash and told him I'd be there at 3:30. Well, the mother fricker called me at 3:10, right when I hit the 10/65 intersection and said he sold it. I was so pissed, I could've broken a baby's finger on purpose.

I wouldn't have cared if he was a liar as long as the truck was nice and he signed over the title. The guy knew I was coming from New Orleans, and new the exact time I'd be there. I should've figured something like that would happen since that's the type of luck I have with vehicles
