Defense was all over lil WR screen to cooks and then graham drops ball that hit him between the 8 & 0

Lewis with a PBU on the sideline. Was probably going OB, but still nice

Brees scrambles, beats Cam Jordan to the sideline. Looks back, “I got two. I got two.”

That's not what I've read.

Cooks lays out for a catch. This dude can play

Ho-hum. Another routine diving catch by Cooks to snag overthrown ball by Kilgore to end practice. ... Great camp continues.

Brandin Cooks wraps up practice with another "wow" catch. Snagged a ball behind as he was sliding the other way.

By my count the defense had 4 takeaways today. Best by far of camp.

I'm loving the depth we have in the Secondary, some serious position battles at Corner and Safety this year. Should make for some good enjoyable pre-season games.
The same can be said with Wide Receiver, especially now with Stills being hampered it's allowing a few of the other young guys a chance to make a name for themselves.

Man the hype for Cooks grows by the day. If hell really make this kind of impact on game day out offense will be back to 2009/2011 form

How is his progression going in camp?
I don't remember seeing his name much on Twitter this camp...
Posted on 7/31/14 at 10:29 am to Billy Mays
He's had tightness in his quad, so they've been keeping him out of practice.

We've heard very little about Ball so far, but it seems like Pierre Warren may be ahead of both.
ETA: Saw this about Ball earlier.

A couple nice plays but he's been with 3rd-string all summer. Special teams will be key MT @A_MiLLie337: how has Ball looked thus far?

Didn't want to start a new thread, but I just started watching the 2013 season again. Holy shite I'm pumped for some NFL.
Carry on.

Toon is killing it this offseason. I think he takes over for Colston next year.

Since the Brees/Payton era started, it seems we always have great competition at the WR spot, but this competition at the CB and Safety position is a whole new experience. As another poster said, if PRob finally lives up to his potential, this secondary can be special.

It end with the saints losing to the Seahawks in the divisional playoffs 23-15.
