a. i always refer people out in areas that i don't practice (i'm getting out of family law)

Obviously, he can't be trusted. Their bills are paid from this joint account. She can transfer everything over and pay those bills from her personal account.

Tell her to consult with each of the best attorneys in the area, even if she does not plan on using them, from my understanding if she just consults with them, then he can not use them because of a conflict of interest, not sure this is true, just what I have heard
