From the best I can make it out (I have this poster as my desktop background so I have a decent size pic of it) it sure does look like that Lady Torch. But yeah, she seems to be an extremely minor character (I had not even heard of her). So unless they had some kind of push on for her when this came out it doesn't seem like she'd be included especially this conspicuously.
Best odds right now I think are Frankie Rae/Nova. But I'm still not sure.

Look at the link I posted at the bottom of the last page. It is a bigger picture that is a bit different, but the back row is the same.
In that picture, it looks like Nova or Lady Torch is in the crowd to the left.
The back is just too undefined. I can't even tell if it is male or female.

I'm pretty sure that is one of the many versions of Captain Marvel that Marvel has had over the years. I think this one was also referred to as Genis-Vell or something like that. He played a pretty big part in Avengers Forever and had his own book for awhile after that.

I think that is Rachel Summers. She is the daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey from the "Days of Future Past" reality. She inherited the Phoenix powers from her mom.

It's most likely Magma. She was starring in a New Mutants title when this poster came out. It'd help if you could see the characters surrounding her back there but I can't make them out.
Other than the first two rows, all of the pics appear to be pulled from issues and or covers of issues that the character appeared in.
ETA:
I looked a little more thoroughly and I think I see Magma to the left of Strong Guy. Plus after google imaging her and Frankie Raye, I think that looks a lot more like Frankie anyway.
Try google imaging a character you think it is and look for the exact same shot of them.
