lets put it like this: Lets say you get a loan for 8 million to build the place. barring any unforseen problems you get it built for that price. You would want to be in the black in 5-7 years. You would need to make 1.5 million over your cost of operation per year to make that work out. I would say that your cost of operation for utilities, staffing, maintenance, etc would be about 1-1.5 million on its own. That means Top Golf BR would need to turn 3 million in profits every year for 5-7 years to be an "in the black" business by year 6. That's the rosiest picture you could paint, and you won't be yielding that profit in this demographic.

A TopGolf facility costs $5 million to $7 million to construct. The Alexandria location is on track to bring in more than 135,000 customer visits during its first year and should break even within four years, according to Golf Entertainment International, a private group that holds the rights to the TopGolf franchise in the United States and Canada.

I wanna go to top golf though

Boom. See this is my point- a dumb broad who never golfs would want to go. This isn't a country club, it's a place to go and drink and play competitive games. The perfect date arena. And no 250k was my land estimate breh. And I would consider it an honor to be the kige of BR golf. And nurse nobody cares what you think. Ab anything. Ever.

no you can't buy a franchise. the company expands as they see fit in the market

they have them in major cities: chicago, dallas, houston, places in europe, South Africa, asia.

The demographic they get is upper middle class. Its the same group worldwide.

My early projections are 5-6 million. I'll email you my business plan if you post it.
