You can offer location ideas and suggest contractors. And find a cosigner for the business loan

New York Times says it costs 10 million for Top Golf to open a new facility.

And they do not franchise.

BR's population is growing and is going to continue to grow with all the industrial plants being built the next 5-10 years.

Millerville at I-12, where there used to be a golf course. Easy access from the interstate. All of LP, AP, and EBR can reach it with ease.

Well that's Austin. My vision is for a downsized version that would make more sense for a city like BR.

You miss the part about Top Golf not franchising?

Yeah just got back from my first time. Had a blast and now I'm thinking of opening one up in BR. It doesn't necessarily have to be the same size square footage wise, could lop off some fat.

The fact that your mentioned Perkins between Acadian and college indicates you are incapable of running a business.

Maybe even incapable of walking and chewing gum at the same time.

Why? You don't think two growing and large-ish cities like Nola and Lafayette couldn't help significantly?

I did. That's interesting, I guess I would have to present an impressive business model to the owners to make it happen.
