I hadn't heard of it, and neither had my wife until one of her stupid friends (who doesn't have any kids btw) convinced her that it was an actual thing. I bought her some earrings.
To be fair, she deserved a present anyway because we went low key on her birthday in preparation for the due date, which wasn't too long after, and she was pretty low maintenance throughout her pregnancy and never got overly emotional like some get.

Anyone who asks for a push present should immediately get a dick pushed in their butt.

Pinterest and Facebook is killing the integrity of white America.

In my circles I've seen women reference any gift as a "push present."
For example, a couple purchased a new car while they were expecting, so it was labelled a push present, despite the fact it would have been purchased regardless of the pregnancy.
No big deal IMO.

I blame Pinterest for pretty much every thing like that these days.
Pinterest is a deadly virus.

I don't think I've ever seen anything on Pinterest about push presents. Not really sure where that gained so much popularity. Gender reveals and the really elaborate showers and weddings on Pinterest are a different story.

I guess that's a bit different, but the girl that explained it to me straight up said it was a present for pushing a baby out of her vag.

Meh, it is a nice gesture from the SO, but it is absurd to expect something.

Can someone just start a "Women are retarded" thread so we can sticky it and avoid 60 new threads a day?

Yeah. It's pretty petty and stupid... Now, a babymoon? I can get on board with that shite.

I always got my wife some nice jewelry, she likes it. I get her nice shut, she takes care of me and is an impeccable mother. I don't do shite but work and cook a little.
I don't know why treating your wife nice is so terribly viewed.

That's when a pregnant chick asks for a present in addition to all the other shite she is getting and it makes you "push" her out of a high window. Right?

Is this another famous bash women thread by the OT?
Posted on 7/29/14 at 8:57 pm to fr33manator
I don't think they ask for it
