And I eat some type of nut on a daily basis. Whether it be trail mix, peanuts, almonds, even granola with nuts in it.

Counting calories is the only way to lose weight. You can lose on wings and beer if you so choose.

I find myself eating eggs (yolk included)and chicken everyday. Spinach is usually everyday as well. Lots of veggies. Artichoke hearts more than anything because of the carb/fiber ratio.

Side note:
Nothing wrong with eating the entire egg. The yolk is the best part. Where do chickens, on of the best natural forms of protein, come from? THE YOLK!

I eat spinach daily along with tons of other raw vegetables. Also eat boiled eggs and cheese sticks nearly everyday.

how do you like the bullet proof coffee?

I read about it a couple months ago, and wanted to try it, but was worried I would just make myself sick.

I make a green "smoothie" daily and drink it on my way to work. No matter what happens during the day, I know I get a ton of veggies in the a.m.

1.5 cups Almond Milk

Generous handful of mixed greens (usually whatever is in my garden) Beet Greens, Kale, Spinach, Chard

Half an avocado

Half a banana

1/2 cup frozen berries

Scoop of Whey

I don't know...veggies? I don't eat the same thing everyday. I'd probably kill myself if I did.

Also not sure Kale counts when I cook it up like collards with salt pork or a hambone.

I like it. I do mine with 2 shots of espresso, tsp of grass fed butter, and a tsp if coconut oil. Throw it in a milk frother to smooth it out. Keeps me strong all day long.
