Kerry KNEW that sitting down with Davutoglu in Paris was a kick in the nuts toward Israel and did it anyway. This is how Davutoglu described Hamas on Sunday:

There's a difference between "stopping the fighting temporarily" and "stopping the fighting permanently". And I don't mean genocide.
Letting Israel continue their offensive to root out the last of the tunnels and to take out the remaining weapons caches within Gaza will make it much easier for them to accept a peace.
Because at that point, Hamas will be stuck holding its dick in its hand and hoping that Iran thinks they're a better investment than Assad.

BTW, if our POTUS permitted terrorists to build tunnels, stockpile rockets, and form and train armies around our borders; we'd all be screaming.
Israel has to actively go out and strike out at Hams or any of the other groups sworn to destroy Israel. They can' afford to let them get too strong.
Its about survival.

I don't see how or why the other two things "disqualify" him from being at the table. They're just talk. You seem to think diplomacy is about taking umbrage at as many things as possible whenever possible to ensure you talk to as few people as possible. That's a poor way to conduct international affairs.

If Israel categorically rejects any discussions with not only Hamas, but anyone who might not be sympathetic to Israel, then the entire exercise is pointless.
Refusing to discuss things with anyone but Egypt, which is run by a dictator who generally supports Israel's latter-day "Hell or Connacht" platform for Palestine, is a meaningless show.
And before Morsi was overthrown, Israel would have refused to negotiate with them too.

Hamas is a terrorist organization, if you belong to Hamas you are guilty of belonging to a terrorist organization and worthy of time in jail or death, just as we kill Al qadea with drones. DUH.
