And it is incredible up here. Its been in the 70s with a cool breeze most rounds. The ground is soft and moist. Grass grows everywhere, even under trees, I cant remember seeing any bare patches in the 5 courses I've played

I'm just catching up. Don't play vieux chene on a weekend unless you're looking for a 6+ hour round. The course is pretty meh anyway. I used to love the farm but they lost their greens. I heard they were spending a bunch of money redoing them but it's probably been a couple of years since I've been there. Best bet would be the wetlands. I've always enjoyed that course

Played the Farm once. Got through 11 holes before the heavens opened up. The guy gave us a rain check for 9 but I never went back to redeem it. That was 5 years ago. That's how much I liked it.

Played 2 rounds at Champion Hills in Hendersonville NC this past week. Nicest course I've ever played. Tom Fazio can eat a bag of penises for those greens though.

Callaway Mack Daddy 2 is supposed to be the best wedge this year. You'll get a lot of Vokey love in here though.
