Was at it, was most fun ending to a game ever watching gump tears in person (almost like 05 but better); watch it sometimes especially the end. Just to think what could have been greatest season in history but still always remember this one!

I agree. Knowing what is to come and how we got screwed completely robs that game of any meaning

No, that wasn't the real championship game. The real championship game should have been between Okie State and LSU. Saban's influence with the NCAA caused a rematch. LSU outplayed Bama on their home turf and Saban knew that a rematch would fire up his players against the team that dashed Bama's undefeated season. I'm surprised that he didn't worm his way against an Auburn rematch this past season when Auburn beat their butts. The Bama fans here in their state have to be the worst fans that I've ever encountered. Auburn fans are much better. According to Bama fans, Saban and Bama rare infallible. Saban is definitely at a scholl that matches his ego. I can't wait to see the meltdown when Bama starts to lose more than two games.

Yeah, the new boss will be just like the old

The selection of Bama to the 2011 championship game was horseshite, no homer

It was, and remains, worthless because Alabama got another shot.

Did it send you to an SEC Championship Game that you won?

If so its not worthless.

I'll trade 2011 seasons with you right now.

I understand your reasoning ..

Just if u had to play bama again- if you were in the same side of the SEC , U would be Upset as well ... I Love winning the SEC, Just Like I Love winning a Sugar Bowl .. but the BCS Championship , we proved our point already !!

I don't understand, how you can even remotely compare the two.

I don't call winning the seccg a do over. Other teams lost we won. Its pretty simple.

watched nearly every replay of 2001-2013 on rnolan's youtube channel back in June.

Usually I check out some of the bowl games from last year (I never watch them live except for LSU and the NCG). It's to late this year since I'll occupy my football fix with CFB fall practices around the country, NFL preseason, and Fantasy Football drafts during August.

We also won the SEC. Not the same thing. Bama was handed that shite on a silver platter. Not sure I'll ever stop being bitter about that. They were a great team, but didn't earn their spot. frick em.

Bama wasn't even in the top two teams in the SEC when the season ended. Bama was below Georgia and LSU. Bama didn't make the SEC championship game. Okie State made thir championship game and barely lost. Saban whined and cried. He knew for a fact that LSU wouldn't beat his arse again. Bama was motivated and LSU knew they got screwed plus an LSU fan got teabagged by those perverted Bama fans. When Bama loses, they kill people, poison trees which are landmarks and try to stop tha Auburn eagle from flying by aiming slingshots at the bird. The slingshots are filled with rocks. Bama is a sick fan base and Saban is the god to encourage this sick/deviant behavior.

The only problem with the 9-6 game was that it was fool's gold when it came to preparing for the second meeting. Alabama was the only team that year that was capable of stopping us, and they pretty much did so even though we won. I think our coaches believed that our same game plan that worked against everyone else all year would work against Alabama the second time...and obviously it didn't.

They didn't lose. They beat OU pretty bad which made the whole situation worse. Plus I had two OSU ticket reserves so I got double screwed.
