Yeah it's pretty bad. In cambodia there will be people on the street missing limbs asking for money. The government doesn't assist them.
I'm talking, some guy will be sitting there missing two arms at the elbow, and with only half of one leg. Can't do much if you're that guy. War was rough to some of these poor people.
