I never thought Joe Machi was gonna win, I didn't even have him in the finals, but him going out in favor of Nikki Carr is kind of baffling.
I knew Rod Man and Lachlan Patterson were destined to face each other though.

Joe had a great set, Keenan was being a dumbass.
I thought it was going to come down to Rod Man and Joe for a while, so now I think Rod wins it as well.

Yeah, Keenan used the same critique last week. Joe is still nervous and awkward, so I don't see a difference.
Joe had the biggest laughs and most consistent laughs because of how he talked to the audience.
I think Lachlan is coasting right now and doing easy material.

is this yall's first season watching?
the funniest one never wins. maybe an argument could be made for bodden when he won. he's genuinely funny.
but the losers of this show read like an all star team.
machi, rodman, & patterson were the funniest this season i think with machi being on a different level than everyone else and no one else had to burn through material like him.
nikki would work on one of those tyler perry sitcoms i assume. i'm not really a fan of hers though she seems like a nice genuine person.

once again i didn't see the episode yet but it's obvious keenan is a rodman and nikki guy. roseanne seems to gravitate to patterson and no doubt russell peters was on the machi train. cuz i'm drivin that bitch.
edit: and i actually liked all three as judges. i'm a fan of the wayans but keenan was my least favorite judge. roseanne seems direct in her critiques and peters from time to time had the same thoughts in his head as me.

Rod Man is hilarious. Lachlan is funny as hell, but he has somewhat coasted through recently. Joe Machi was my favorite. He had to go through so much material it was insane. Machi's long jokes that had a setup to them were pure gold. Calling the crowd gang and team just fricking kills me every time because of how awkward he is.
Nikki's roast was funny as shite, but her set last night was terrible in comparison to the other 3. She has played every minority/discrimination card she could possibly use: female, black, lesbian, fat, ugly. Rarely do I find that stuff funny. Rod Man's "lil white baby" bit a couple weeks ago was funny though.

I gotta say though, I think Rod Man was kind of bad last night. I kind of think his gimmick was all I could hear. He went heavy with it last night.

It's bullshite. KIW used his preconceived notions of what Joe "should be" to vote him off. Rosanne and Russel both liked Joe last night.

Yeah, I've watched them all and you always lose your favorite it seems.
I still remember one of my favorite jokes from years ago:

This show always gets someone to come up with jokes that will stick with me for years. Tai Chi heroin guy and at least 4 of Joe's this year will stick with me.

I think it's been a good season.
If anyone remembers Dat Phan doing the same joke over and over years ago beating Ralphie May who was just awesome that season, would appreciate.
I'm not a Nikki Carr hater like you guys, but Rod Man, Lachlan and Nikki should make for a great Final.

I was pulling for Joe. He won me over with his set against Monroe Martin a few weeks back. He was intriguing because of his awkwardness that somehow worked. It was unique.
Don't really have an individual favorite for the finale anymore. Just hoping for some laughs.

Rod Man was the favorite to win all along. He had the worst set of the 3 in the first round and it was clear, so they kept all 3. His final set was good enough plus you heard KIW say "you have to think about everything leading up to this point" or something like that, so you knew what that meant. Lachlan had the best 2 sets tonight by far IMO, but they had their minds made up before the night started. Enjoyed the season and will definitely watch next year.
