It should be illegal to roll a joint as pathetically as Johnny does.

Didn't Daniel, as the returning champ, also automatically advance to the finals while Johnny didn't get that courtesy the previous year?

They had to adjust the rules to compensate for dirty tactics used by certain dojos in the past.

The entire movie Johnny bullies and beats up on Daniel with no mercy. Seems he doesn't give a shite about hurting him at all. Then in the tournament when his sensei says "Sweep the leg" he acts horrified. Why was it such a big deal to "sweep the leg" on someone that he hated?

Yep, watched it again last week and I even mentioned this fact to the wife. It seems we are to believe Johnny was oblivious to his sensei's credo the entire time he was training? He didn't seem to mind beating Daniel while he was completely incapacitated in an earlier scene near the fence. And he showed no signs of changing his attitude towards Daniel until this last scene? Even going so far as to say," you are the best!" Not at all believable.

Why in the film is a Japanese man teaching a Chinese Martial Art, and why is the film named after Korean Martial Arts?

Also, wasn't there some exposition in Karate Kid 2 about the ancestor of Miyagi coming from someplace else and landing on Okinawa? Or am I mis-remembering?

How bout the part in the Crimes Part 3 where Mike Barnes is punching and kicking Danielsan and it says "Why aren't these kicks being awarded points?"

direct punch to the stomach!

no points awarded

There were some really clever ones in those videos. I really love all the fan stuff revolving around how much daniel san was terrible

I'd love to see MFM do one about KK...it'd be all like "Daniel is so dreamy and awesome and Johnny is such a butthole!!"

Mancrush? Don't even...

I just know a punk bitch when I see one, and Danielle Larusso is one punk bitch....that you will blindly defend to the death.

Also, John was easily better than Danielsan at karate, and actually should have won the match had he not been cheated out of it by the officials.

And don't get me started on Dutch...he was the baddest arse of them all. He just didn't take it seriously.

the fact that daniel calls it a tornament, pretty much means he should be beaten at all times

I'm talking about part 3. he's trying to defend his title...yet he's leasing property, becoming a business partner, etc.

And Mike Barnes is trying to get the title too, so he has to be under 18 and he's making deals with Terry Silver to be partner in cobra kai dojos and stuff

Obligatory post about how in KK3, Ralph Macchio was actually older than Thomas Ian Griffith, yet in the movie Danielsan was 17/18 and Terry Silver was a war vet supposedly near John Kreese's age.
