You just shut your mouth!!! Never go smaller!! Get the ones that my wife got that can be filled up or let down depending on how they look once settled. You will never regret going big, but will always regret going too small!!! I'm not talking porn star tits, but go big or go home.

They are gel, not saline, and therefor cannot be filled or reduced after implanted
I know everyone here has given me the advice of go bigger, but honestly, I don't even want them if they are too big. I would rather none at all than something too big for my body.
