how could you call a bar that has the best looking women genuinely terrible?
Because of the things that come with it. It is no question that the best looking women have the worst taste in music, alcohol, friends, etc.

Radio Bar has no TVs, no fair way to select music, overcrowded with hipsters... They do serve alcohol though.

ETA and only 2-3 regulars that can beat me in ping pong

Tigerland: Bogie's

The bar and the drinks are nothing special at all. The only good thing about Bogie's is that everyone goes there, and that is more important than anything else really.

I agree about Ivar's as a bar, but they do have some solid bar food.

and I agree. That's just why it's always so damn packed

I was greek and I never was that big on Bogie's, had some fun nights there though. Some of my buddies basically lived at that place

Radio bar is a good bar. We went over this with you on the F&d board. You are just a hipster hating douche. You've probably never even stepped foot in radio bar.

only bad thing about radio bar is the parking....and that you have to have an iPhone to be able to select music

$2 shots on Monday, $2 draft on Tuesday, $3 vodka Wednesday... That blows ZeeZee's prices out of the water.

I used to get dragged there all the time when I live in the Garden District. That is what I get for associating myself with a few hipsters

I can live with that. I got to a bar to listen to music and interact with people. The bartenders and drinks are good. Ping pong is a nice touch. Don't care about what music is played, it's highly unlikely it will be something terrible all the time.

I have never heard a true folk song played there, it's always fairly upbeat new age that gets the chicks having a good time, and I used to go several times a month.

I'm sorry you're that guy who sulks in the corner because no one will let his 10 minute Umphrey's deep cut make it to the top.

What do you mean no fair way to select music? It's a democracy, people want to hear your tracks, they vote for 'em. They don't wanna hear, they don't vote for 'em. That's fair.
And I like that the place has no TVs. I wish more bars in Baton Rouge had no TVs. I got kinda ticked off that Red Star brought 'em in after they reopened.
And I would much rather be around hipsters than the white sunglasses/Affliction T-shirt crowd. But I'm an old man who just wants to drink and talk to my wife and friends when I go out.

Agree. Roux house needs to stop charging cover for the chappy bands that play there.

Their outdoor furniture is horrible and tacky as hell.
