I have no advice to offer, but I couldn't imagine not being able to see my kids 50% of the time, much less like those dad's who only see them every other weekend.
My heart goes out to you brother, hope everything works out in your favor!

When you go pull a permit to have electricty turned on to a house or apartment, that address becomes linked to you and is PUBLIC RECORD

If you get someone at a residence to accept domiciliary service for him by saying he does reside there, then that counts.
OP shite like this is why you need to go see a lawyer. Needless to say, for a divorce proceeding, this is incorrect. Stop asking fricktards on the Internet for legal advice and go pay a lawyer

Are her parents in good health?
Posted on 7/22/14 at 12:38 pm to Bosethus68
I was suppose to be in a meeting today but when she started texting me and being a bitch my blood pressure hit the roof. I am waiting a phone call from my lawyer and i was just hoping to hear something on here to make me feel better while i wait

It sucks but you have to be strong and provide a stable and enjoying environment for her when she is with you. As she gets older kids can't pick which parent they want to leave with but they can say nice things to persuade the judge that you provide the best environment for her.

Maybe it's different in Texas. But I have no idea where my ex lives and we didn't do anything with another attorney
Posted on 7/22/14 at 12:57 pm to Bosethus68
No attorney will give you advice. You've retained counsel. Just listen to him/her.

Hahaha, My daughter hates having to go back to her mom. She dont kick and cry and make a scene. She just ask me if she can live with me forever

And you had a kid with the offspring of this sad couple. Are you surprised youve found yourself in this situation, or did you see it coming and just say frick it?

I have 50/50 custody of my daughter, My Ex-wife is the domicilary parent. She informed me this morning she is moving, changing my daughters school and day care clear across town, but still in the same parish. Turns out she is movin back home with her parents. Now i was informed that if that were the case I could take her back to court and get full custody of my daughter because her having to live with her parents is looked at as her not having a place to live or support herself...Does this sound legit?!?!
da frick told you that?

Posted by Bosethus68 I would like to think I do, I sit at a desk in a LARGE Chemical Plant. She cant survive on her own with her job and the child support she recieves, why should she be allowed to keep my daughter AND her new bastard child
Easy answer is to reconcile with your wife. Not the easy path, but clearly the best answer.

ExWife Seemed like a decent person, but ive heard it 1000 times, "You dont know someones true colors until you go through a divorce with them"
I could never keep my daughter from her, thats just not right to do to my daughter, but i hate having to see her mom. I drop a check off and pick up a recipt later and we rotate weeks by dropping my daughter off at daycare on Mondays, this all limits interaction with the ex
