I think he will, unless they truly have something on him. He seemed to be worried about perception over constitutionality on his arse stupid ruling. Outside of that he has seemed to be a constitutionalist. Also anyone with half a brain can't help but see the shithole the country seems to be heading down. Frick trying to be perceived as political, just do the right thing.
