I've got a better idea.
Instead of defunding Obama's vacations, let's throw more money into them.
I'd much rather he be bumping around Disney World with some plastic ears on his head than be back at his desk doing more damage to the country.
He doesn't want to be President any more and we'd be better off. Everybody wins.

Obama's ego and his precious legacy depends on his "fundamental transformation", Scoop. That transformation will include the Government's ability to "change history" (Michelle MO/quote), by censoring any criticism. Per the IRS strongmen, etc.
Obama plans on living in DC after his term. He will NEVER go away. He's all in.

Gowdy's so tough and everything... calling people before Congressional panels where he can yell at them in front of a camera, with no fear of like treatment, is so manly and all. His heroism is as obvious as that of a man in an undershirt yelling at his woman for mismanaging the double wide.

If we could force Valarie Jarrett, et al to go on vacation with him, then yes - put them all on vacation. Let em tear up the Hamptons and Martha's Vinyard - hell, even send em to Paris for the rest of the term.

That will put the dem's in a position to ok the lavish vacations the Obama's take. I didn't say it will pass, but I think they do it.
I don't think they are legally paid for anyhow. I'm hearing a lot of grumbling from some Lib's at work about the Queen's vacations.
