I'm not sure how Loki can beat Amazo. Amazo can adapt/copy any ability, and has basically copied all of the Justice Leagues abilities. The combined efforts of the entire JL could barely stop him, how can Loki stop him?

Yeah, Loki just needs to confuse Amazo enough to incapacitate him.

Which I think he could easily do the first time around with no prior knowledge.

Remember these opponents have no prior knowledge of each other or their powers.

Yeah, but once Loki made an illusion, then Amazo would then copy that power. Loki could confuse him once maybe, but that's it. And even if he did confuse him, how would he kill/incapacitate him? Amazo has the powers of the entire Justice League (or at least the ones that have fought him). Amazo would hear him coming a mile away since he theoretically has Superman's hearing and what ever other powers he has copied to this point.

ETA: An it would be a lot harder for Loki to trick Amazo since Amazo is a robot. Being a robot should allow him to process an illusion a lot easier than a living person. Add his accumulated powers to him being a robot, and I don't know how susceptible Amazo is to being "tricked" by Loki. And like I said, Loki would have one shot even if he could, and then Amazo would have his powers.

I don't think Amazo would copy an illusion of Loki. Amazo absorbs the powers of whoever is in the area. So if the real Loki is in the area, which he would have to be for the fight, then Amazo absorbs Loki's powers.

Absolutely.

That is why i picked Mr. Freeze.

He is a super genius. He is invulnerable to toxins or bacteria, super strength, and his gun shoots at sub zero temperatures.

I have no doubt that one blast would put Venom down for a while. Which is all Freeze needs to do to advance.

The symbiote is not invulnerable. It is especially susceptible to Sonic Waves, Electricity, and Heat.

So its not too far fetched to imagine cold would slow him down.

Black Adam would have to figure out a way to kill Doomsday in a way that Doomsday hasn't been killed or stopped with in the past. Yeah Superman has beat him, but Black Adam can't kill him in that same manner now. So I just think that Doomsday would kill or incapacitate Black Adam before Black Adam could figure out a way to kill him since Black Adam knows nothing about him or how he has been defeated in the past.

i can see that. i think its one of the closest match ups. as you mentioned, doomsday does that have that "ever evolving" type of power and has taken out the justice league (not the strongest version of the team).

Black Adam does have magic going for him, which Doomsday hasnt really evolved past yet. i would actually like to see him or Shazam go up against doomsday.

Yep, and that includes Loki's magic. And Amazo is going to be processing his surroundings like a computer, using the powers he has gained from all of the other characters he has come into contact with. Loki could create an illusion of himself somewhere, but Amazo could figure out that it is an illusion and where Loki really is pretty quickly considering he has Superman's super hearing and x-ray vision.

Black Adam's powers are derived from magic, but he doesn't project magic in his attacks. I guess he could call lightning down on Doomsday, but if Doomsday can survive the full force of Darkseid's omega beam, then I think he can survive lightning.

And I don't know if Doomsday is even susceptible to magic like Superman. Yeah he is half Kryptonian, but he doesn't have all of Superman's abilities or weaknesses. I can't recall him ever being susceptible to magic.

is Loki even using "magic?" i cant keep up with marvels explanations of the norse gods. are they just super advanced or is it magic? if its not true magic and is just appears as magic due to their advancement then amazo should be able to access that.
