Grilled sausage. I don't want to see any fat squirt out!

For pizza I like a charred crust that has a good crunch. The type you get when using a pizza stone.

Brownies. I dont eat them much, but I'm not even interested unless they're a bit hard. I always go for the corner edge piece.

Bacon - crisp/slightly burnt; dont want it black but want it cooked completely

Broccoli - slightly charred is fine

Pizza - dont want it black but want it more brown than white

Fries - more brown than white

Bacon, hamburgers, kosher dogs (regular ones are fricking gross), steak (blasphemy I know), pork chops, sausage, anything on a grill

I like caramelization on many things, particularly meats, though I don't want them overcooked. I like steak seared/caramelized but medium rare. I like bacon cooked crispy, but not black or dark. I like pizza crust crispy, but with gooey cheese, not brown cheese. I like a hot dog to have some dark seared spots.

I do, however, like popcorn to be just this side of starting to burn. A little smokey flavor is good to me.

I prefer my brownies to be underdone.

Definitely agree about lasagna and liking it to have a little crunch on top.

Same here.

I hate the end pieces.

I like the gooey middle ones.

Exactly, big difference between crisp/brulee effect than something overcooked/burnt.

Me too. And I still have yet to find the perfect brownie recipe from scratch. Most of the ones I've tried are really dry and I prefer my brownies to be fudgy.

I honestly can't think of a thing I like over cooked or burnt..

I wouldn't think oysters and fish crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside would qualify.
