Because it's not simply about cost. The bureaucracy surrounding immigration makes it's a very tedious and drawn out process.

No, I didn't ignore their concerns. I said that I don't see public land as legitimate, and thus, I don't feel threatened if people trespass on it. It does bother me if people trespass onto private property, and they're being effected by illegitimate and mismanaged publicly held land.

I mentioned FEMA type camps earlier. It's the only way they will have housing.
And apparently they're going to some land in Montana.

He's not. He's just looking for a better life. I never said that the immigrant was angered or concerned with domestic policy, outside of what is easier and most cost effective, or what is in my best interest.
These factors are determined ultimately by the federal government.
