No, see you got that wrong. Liberals tend to think conservatives don't like black people in inner cities and or other minorities in the inner cities. The big bad boogie man conservative wishes them to go away. If that's the case, then why are we not for abortions at will? Why are we not for passing out the condoms at will? You know.. limit that population.
Could have sworn I heard the speech and dire testimony of how people could not afford them.
Btw... the US spent about a million dollars to find out why men did not like to use condoms and on custom fit condoms. While it's small amount in the scheme of waste, why are we spending ANYTHING while we are is so much debt.
