Did you go to the parade at Delany Park yesterday? That's where I saw the young boy (10-12 years old) with the LSU cap on.

NamVet, I spent last weekend in Ft. Myers and while at Parrot Key, met Brock (bartender) who is a longtime LSU fan.

I'm in Jackson Hole WY on family vacation seeing the national parks. Went on a Snake River float raft trip today. My guide was a recent graduate of LSU. Small world. Not sure it was good that he does not have a better job than river guide being that he is a recent grad.

Working as a river guide on the Snake River during the summer IS a good job...degree or no degree !

Back in 2003 I was on vacation in Michigan and I was at this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. There was this little kid in front of me in line decked out in LSU gear. So I said "geaux Tigers!"

He turned around and looked up at me and I was taken aback because I recognized him. It was Nick Saban.

I know all about it--I used to work with one from each school.
Losers; both of them!

Wife and I were hiking Diamond Head in Oahu the day before Christmas last year. Guy decked in LSU gear with his family saw us (had LSU hat on) and gave us a Geaux Tigers.

Was on vacation a few weeks ago in Newport Beach. Went to Languna to kayak one AM. On a small side street near Heisler Park (Cliff Drive) was a house with a bush with purple and gold flowers and an LSU flag.

Was on the Norwegian Pearl Cruise to Alaska between 22 and 29 June this year and ran into two sets of families wearing LSU apparel. I wore my LSU shirt on one of those days as well.
