frick that doddering, old stupid, bitch. That ENTITLEMENT was DEEMED by hook or by crook around midnight just before Christmas.

Ginsburg could sleep through more arguments, wake up, ask the fat latina or Justice Kevin James which way they're going and vote with them like they always do on major decisions. All of them on the left are worthless and completely predictable. That cannot be said about the Right. Even Thomas and Scalia differ on police powers.

This phrase made me throw up in my mouth. I hate liberals so very much.

The government has no business inserting themselves into a contract between a private company and a private citizen other than to provide the court system to ensure each side lives up to the contract that each agreed to of their own free will.

Rights only limit government action. They don't entitle anyone to anything. If people could only understand this simply truth, we'd all be better off.

In others words, rights do not burden another.

It's whatever the property owner (employer) wants it to be. Stop asking the government to violate people's private property rights.

This is really all that needs to be said.

You have to remember that Progressives don't believe in rights or any other limitation on government power. There is a fundamental difference in the view on the role of government.

They believe in rights but only in rights they feel they are entitled to from the gov't. That's how they see rights, not like the limitations on gov't you and I see them as.

Meh. They believe government can create and rescind "rights" on a whim. I call those laws, not rights.

Oh please, this entire case is about the RFRA, and tSCOTUS using it to violate the FEC rights of Hobby Lobby employees.

Hobby Lobby is imposing their religious views on employees who may not share them. Hobby Lobby's right to swing their arms ends as soon as it reaches an employee's nose.

And this is without even getting into the mess that court has created in recognizing *some* religious beliefs as worthy of superseding the law, but not allowing others. No way that can go badly

The liberal hate over these decisions is awesome. Especially after the court decision that allowed Obamacare to move forward. Liberals LOVED that decision but now apparently this is a conservative court...
