Lederman is an Israeli, and possibly one or both his parents are Sefardís.

I want to say he spent some time playing in Eastern Europe before this. He is playing on their 3rd team in the Spanish 4th division I believe

I doubt Lederman would play for Israel. His parents are Israeli, he's an American, grew up in America and has played with our youth teams. On his little twitter account, he was pulling for the USA yesterday pretty hard (in Spanish)

for real though,

HAJI WRIGHT

I think he is on the Galaxy's youth team, but after balling out in the past few friendlies is rumored to be in talks with some European clubs.

Plus, if he is worth a shite, there is no way in hell he would want to toil away with Israel.

Yeah, I've heard Haji Wright has been impressing people. I wonder if he'd have to wait until he was 18 to move to Europe.

I have a lot of hope for our generation of players that are 15-20 right now.

I'm not sure, that's a valid question.

Anybody have any input on this?

Glad to see you added Rubio Rubin to the OP, I'm on the bandwagon for him big time.

Really keeping my fingers crossed for Fagundez. Anyone with more knowledge know if he'd favor us over Uruguay?

You could also probably add Ben Spencer to the list. He's playing down in NASL now on loan from Molde, but I know he's played well with the U-18's and just recently the U-20's at the Dallas Cup.

If this gets stickied it wouldn't hurt to note which players have dual citizenship. (if you have the time to do so)

Hendo I think we should make this a young player tracker/Americans abroad combo stickied thread. Makes more sense than having two separate threads.

Unstick 'where to watch,' stick 'Americans Abroad and Junge Spieler tracker' combo thread.
