Honestly, I'd like to see a lot of changes to our roster. Get more young talent and focus on developing them. The veterans aren't good enough to keep around much longer.

Yes his career has been streaky. That being said, with proper service he can be a true danger man again. I think he's only 26, so good years can be had ahead.

Very true. Boyd over Altidore was a toss up for me. I love the in form Jozy. So huge.

'm gutted he couldn't play this WC - it would've made us much more complete, IMO. Clint couldn't be creative Clint as much w/o Young Josmer.

Absolutely. I think his injury was the one we couldn't afford because we have no other player with his skill set. Dempsey wasn't able to get the touches he needs at the position he's best at.

Boyd is kind of a wildcard - if he can be that target forward for the future it will greatly enhance out depth up top.

I know Boyd is a wild card, but I'm enamored with the way he gets to the ball in the air. I feel like we didn't really have that this tournament and he should only get better the more he plays tougher teams. I'm sure he get plenty of looks over the next couple years in friendlies and qualifiers. I really hope he is impressive.

Who I would like to see starting. Tactically it may not work out at all but this is all hypothetical and 4 years away anyways.

No mention of Joe Gyau? He's a bolt of lightning and actually has some skill on the ball unlike Gatt. Gotta be pretty decent to get signed with Dortmund.

Not sure who starts or whatever... But we are going to be loaded with attacking mids for 2018.

Goalie : Guzan
Defense - Yedlin, Besler, Packwood, Fab
Midfield - Zelalem,Bradley, Gyau / Pelosi
Forwards - Green, Jozy, Bacon

I'm going young. Zelalem and Green should be our 2 studs for the 2018 WC.

The better prediction would be the 23 man roster in my opinion. The starting 11 could change game to game especially with the USA National pool getting bigger over the last 4 years. It was not long ago that the National team was using the same players for all friendlies, qaulifiers, world cup, etc...Not sure 4 years ago anyone would have predicted some of the players on this roster much less the starting 11.

Jozy's only 24 actually. So theoretically he should be in pretty much the prime of his career in 2018.

Nice - he seems a bit fragile lately tho - hopefully he'll be 100% by next month for EPL season.

Pelosi has a long way to go before he sees the NT. He's pretty much been injured the last 2 years.

Not even going to try this. Too difficult.

Think Yedlin, Johnson, Green, Jozy, Bradley, Brooks, Mix, Bacon, Boyd, Chandler are all part of the team.

Really hope we get Zelalem.
