This. That was rough to watch.
But I think burning alive might be worse. With stoning you MAY get hit one good time and knock you out first, or at least so dazed you may not feel too many more throws.

Can somebody explain why the GR does what they do? Specifically: what's with the constant smoking, white clothes, silence and the no family thing?
Is it meant for earthly punishment since they got left behind? Do they want to die earlier? They feel like suffering is what they are supposed to do?

Yeah, it isn't quite the Rapture as we know it, just that millions disappeared for no reason and nobody knows WTF happened.

That guy was just handing him all the white shirts to get him to leave.
I think his soon to be ex is breaking in and stealing them so she can wear them since they are white. She doesn't want to divorce him its just the batshite cult is making her.
