No offense, but I've known Errol since you were in kindergarten and I completely disagree about him being an alabama alum having any influence over a player there. Not to mention Jose and many other facility and staff members are extremely pro LSU.
no offense taken, and yes Mr.Becerra is very pro-LSU, went to school with his daughter from 1st grade through the end of high school. Maybe a lot of the athletes liking Alabama has more of to do with not really having an allegiance to LSU and wanting to be different. Josh reed, Raymone Andrews, and Zay Jackson never really liked LSU to name some of the people while I was there.

Were any of these guys good enough to get recruited by LSU? Maybe Zay, but if he had an LSU offer surely he wouldn't have gone to Murray State.

Well, Ed doesn't appear to be one of those kids. In his most recent interview with 247 he straight up said he grew up a LSU fan and puts them on another level than any other school.

LSU is still away from the other schools,” Alexander said. “I put them on a higher pedestal. I grew up a fan and love the school. I am going to get the recruiting process started soon, but I have to start thinking about things more. I’ve just been putting that aside to focus on improving as a player. Everyone can tell that I’m working hard right now, so I just want to stay focused.”

I'm not saying their wrong or lying or being lied to, but I wouldn't trust hearsay. I'd rather go off of what the kid says.

I think after last year that's what we all need to do.

You mean when those kids told people whatever they wanted to hear, depending on who was asking them the questions?

Yep, lot to learn there.

Except they didn't. They stated multiple times who led, we were just too delusional to believe it. And I don't remember Speedy or Gerald ever doing interviews either. This happens every fricking cycle where some dude comes out and says he has sources on the inside of some high school in Louisiana and all the kid talks about is some school not named LSU. I remember last year there was 50 guys on here with inside sources at St.Aug and each one of them said something different.

I got a quick question, did you get this info directly from someone at the school or in his circle or from a third party?

Well I literally just got done talking to someone very close to him and he said it was 'very likely' that he was going to LSU. Ed trains with Dylan Moses a good bit and its safe to say that having him in his ear is helpful. The impression this person gave me is that yes, Ed is going to look around but he thinks he will go to LSU.

Bob you need to settle down, go get neutered or spade or whatever. Maybe that will calm you down.

Never listen to what these "trolls" say in a recruiting article, unless it's a commitment article. Then only believe 50% of that.
